Sanghvi Consultancy operates this website and is responsible for information submitted through its enquiry channels. Our office is at 301–303, Shubham Complex, Shrimali Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 380009.
Information we collect
When you request a call, we collect the name, telephone number, insurance topic and optional message you submit. We also record the source page, campaign parameters when present, the date and time, and your contact preferences.
If you permit analytics, Google Analytics receives pseudonymous website activity such as pages viewed, service links selected, contact actions, device category, traffic source and whether an enquiry was completed. Form names, telephone numbers, messages and other form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
If you use the advisory assistant, your questions are processed to provide an insurance-related response. Please do not enter policy numbers, medical records, payment details, passwords or other highly sensitive information into the assistant.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the insurance guidance you request.
- To pass the enquiry to your insurance advisor.
- To maintain a reliable record of consent, delivery and follow-up.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
- To comply with lawful obligations and resolve disputes.
WhatsApp responses are sent only when you select the WhatsApp option or start a WhatsApp conversation yourself.
Storage, sharing and retention
Enquiries are stored in our website database and may be shared with service providers that operate the website, communications or workflow systems on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information.
Website enquiries are scheduled for deletion or anonymisation after 180 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active client relationship, a legal requirement or a dispute. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before rotation.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw optional communication consent or ask for deletion where applicable. Security and changes
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce automated spam. This security check is separate from optional analytics and may process browser and network signals. Suspicious enquiries may be held for manual review rather than sent to external notification services.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when our services, providers or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest revision.
